PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (24–48 business hours). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Standard Shipping — $6.95
Estimated 7–12 business days after shipment.
Priority Shipping — $14.95
Estimated 4–6 business days after shipment.
Enjoy FREE standard shipping on orders of $110+. Shipping rates for orders under $110 are calculated at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
TRACKING
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Island Dreamer is not responsible for delays or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If your package is returned to us, you’ll be responsible for any additional shipping costs to have it resent.
LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can’t locate it, please check around your property and with household members or neighbors. We recommend allowing 24–48 hours, as carriers may occasionally mark packages as delivered early.
If it still hasn’t arrived, please contact the shipping carrier to begin a missing package inquiry. You can also contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist where possible.
SHIPPING TO PUERTO RICO 🇵🇷
Yes! We ship to Puerto Rico. Orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days after shipment, although carrier delays may occur.
Orders of $110+ receive FREE standard shipping.
LOCAL PICKUP
We currently do not offer local pickup. All Island Dreamer orders are shipped directly to you.
