We hope you love every Island Dreamer piece. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

RETURNS

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Items must be:

Unworn, unwashed and unused
Free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair or signs of wear
Returned with all original tags attached
In their original condition

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

START A RETURN

Please include your order number, item(s) being returned, and reason for return.

Once approved, your return must be shipped within 5 calendar days. Please do not send items back without prior approval.

EXCHANGES

Need a different size? Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed due to limited inventory.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Island Dreamer is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

FINAL SALE

Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sale or promotional items are only Final Sale when clearly stated on the product page or as part of the promotion.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item? Please contact us before returning it and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos so we can help.

REFUNDS

Returns are inspected upon arrival. Once approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.

STORE CREDIT

Store credit is linked to the email address associated with your order. Sign in with the same email at checkout to view and apply your available credit.
