Return Policy
At Island Dreamer Store, our main focus is to make sure you are happy with your purchase. We will be happy to accept returns in accordance with our 14 day-return policy for store credit, exchange or return.
You [the buyer] will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your credit.
We will not process returns until your item is physically received and inspected by us. Island Dreamer is not responsible for package lost in transit to our warehouse, we recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number.
Once returned items are received, please allow 1-5 business days for us to process your return. Once your return is processed you will receive a confirmation email containing your store credit, refund and/or exchange details.
Sale items, unfortunately cannot be refund or exchange. Everything on "sale collection" will be final sale.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for another size, you must return your unwanted item back to us. After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will issue a store credit via E-Gift card. You may then place an order for the desired size using your store credit. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.
Lost or stolen package
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns if the item:
- Shows evidence of wear or has been washed
- Does not have an Island Dreamer tag
- Was purchased with a store credit (partially or full)
- Is an intimate (bodysuit)
- Is a sale item
