Do you offer in-person pick up?
No, we don't offer in-person pick up.
Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship to the United States and Puerto Rico.
Where do you ship from?
We shipped out from San Antonio, Texas. All orders ship via USPS. There is a standard shipping rate for all orders under $150!
How soon will my order ship once purchased?
All orders placed Monday-Friday are shipped out within 24-48 hours. Order placed on weekends are shipped out within 2-3 business days. Once your order has been shipped it's expected to arrive to you within 5-7 business days. For more shipping information and details click HERE.
I placed my order, what's next?
We hope you're just as excited as we are for your purchase! Once your order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email providing the tracking information for your order. After that, all you have to do is use your tracking number to see your estimated delivery date, and wait for your brand new ID items to arrive!
